I’ve been sharing my food on Instagram for over three years now, and it’s time for the next step: a blog!! There is so much I want to share with you all that can’t fit in a short Instagram caption and that I feel deserves more. So here we are…

First, I want to thank all of my wonderful followers. I would not be doing this without your constant support and encouragement. Thank you for being a part of my crazy health journey and for sticking with me through all of my dietary changes. I am forever grateful for this community we’ve built.
