Chocolate Covered Strawberry Brownies

This recipe makes 9 Chocolate Covered Strawberry Brownies:
- 1 box Otto’s Naturals Brownie Mix
- Required ingredients listed on mix – 2 eggs, 1/2 cup oil, 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup vegan butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tbsp almond milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 drops natural red food coloring
- 3-4 strawberries, sliced
Bake your brownies as instructed on the mix. Once cooled, you can prep your frosting.
Beat softened butter with electric mixer, then add other ingredients and mix until fluffy. Gently frost on top of the brownies. Slice strawberries into thin pieces and place on top.
I recommend refrigerating for 5-10 minutes so the frosting can settle (vegan butter is often temperature sensitive). Store in fridge if you don’t eat these right away. Enjoy!
