free from: gluten & dairy (vegan friendly)
Fruit salad is so common in the summer, but it’s truly underrated in the winter! I find it so refreshing and delicious all year round. Here is my simple take on a winter fruit salad.
It is naturally gluten free, dairy free and vegan! This is great for a gathering, or meal prep for the week. I personally love fruit salads because they help me eat all my fruit before going bad (reducing food waste!)
The following makes about eight servings:
- 4 kiwis
- 1 pomegranate
- 1 carton of strawberries
- 1 carton of raspberries
- 1 carton of blueberries
- 1 carton of blackberries
Clean and cut fruits, then mix together in a large bowl. You can mix together or layer them. Store in fridge or eat right away. So easy!
