Gluten Free Banana Bread Bars
These gluten free banana bread bars are also vegan. They're easy to make, delicious and fairly healthy. The perfect treat!

- 3 overripe bananas
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp non-dairy milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 tbsp vegan butter melted
- 1 flax egg
- 3/4 cup gluten free flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- A dash of cinnamon
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking pan with parchment paper and a spritz of oil. In a bowl, mash bananas then mix in sugar, milk, vanilla, butter and flax egg. Set aside and grab a large bowl.
Mix remaining ingredients except for chocolate chips together. Then pour in the first mixture until well combined. Fold in chocolate chips then pour into pan. Spread out evenly across.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, then let cool for 5. Take out of pan by lifting the parchment paper and let cool completely. Slice and enjoy.
