These Vegan Cheezy Almonds taste like you crumbled Cheez-its onto roasted almonds. They are vegan and gluten free.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325F. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and stir until almonds are fully coated. If spices aren’t sticking add a little more oil.
  • Then spread out on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Bake for 10 min, then let cool and enjoy.
