- 1 1/2 cup almonds
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Preheat oven to 325F. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and stir until almonds are fully coated. If spices aren’t sticking add a little more oil.
Then spread out on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Bake for 10 min, then let cool and enjoy.
