November 23, 2020 by Liv Well Eat Well 3 Comments

Gift options for your loved ones with stomach problems.

Looking for some gifts for the upcoming holiday season? I comprised a few holiday gift guides below depending on what you’re looking for!

holiday gift guide

There are three categories:

  1. For the Baker
  2. Comfort Gifts
  3. Sweet Treats

In these lists, you can find anything from cookbooks and baking mixes to heating pads and chocolate. These are all great for people with tummy problems, &/or those who follow restrictive diets.

Since we are still on quarantine, I only shared items that can be purchased online. I hope that you find some amazing gifts for your loved ones, or to put on your own wish list! Here is my holiday gift guide for 2020:

TUMMY FRIENDLY CANDY

  • Theo Chocolate Bars – their dark chocolate bars are dairy free & many are Low FODMAP, just check the ingredients to be sure! My faves are dark chocolate ginger, dark chocolate turmeric and dark chocolate raspberry.
  • Evolved Chocolate – their chocolate is delightful, especially the keto cups! These are great options for anyone who is paleo, keto, or on the anti-candida diet.
  • Enjoy Life Chocolate & Bites – they have lots of Low FODMAP treats that will be a great addition to your sweet, tummy friendly gift.

GIFT CARDS

Owner of Liv Well Eat Well

I have been living with a few chronic illnesses since my early 20s. I aim to control my symptoms as naturally as possible, which means a lot of restrictions on what I eat. At first, I only focused on what I could no longer eat, but eventually shifted my mindset to getting creative with the foods I can eat!

I started this page because I want to help others like me who struggle with dietary restrictions and/or chronic illness and still want to enjoy food. Many of my recipes are some mix of gluten free, dairy free, refined-sugar free, grain free, and/or vegan–and I’m always down to help you adapt a recipe to your needs!
