2024 Holiday Gift Guide

November 5, 2024 by Liv Well Eat Well 3 Comments

It’s time for my 2024 Holiday Gift Guide! These are gifts that can be given all year long, for any occasion. I hope this helps you add some goodies to your list, or gives you ideas for the wellness lover in your life. There are even some discount codes in the descriptions!

I have broken these down into two categories – Liv(e) Well and Eat Well. As always, there’s a large focus on health in both life and food. These are all brands that I love and use myself. I hope you love them too.

If you’re looking for more ideas, here are my gift guides from previous years:

  • 2020
  • 2021
  • 2022
  • 2023

And now onto the 2024 holiday gift guide. Let me know which goodies you try!

Liv(e) Well

Gracie Pie Apothecary – this skincare brand is my FAVORITE option for sensitive skin. Their lotion and face serums are the only ones that don’t make my face break out in a rash (thanks, MCAS). They even offer unscented options, including a bar of soap! Most products are made from goat’s milk, so vegans may want to skip this one. Highly recommend their body butters and foot cream – they’re like magic!

Olive & June Nail Polish – this vegan, cruelty free and 15 chemical free nail polish is my FAVORITE! It’s long lasting and easy to use. They have a wide array of colors, along with press-ons and other nail accessories. Grab a set for the nail art lover in your life.

Well People – this EWG verified make-up brand is non-toxic and (in my experience) sensitive skin friendly. I love every product I’ve tried of theirs, especially the blush stick, mascara and lipstick. Grab a few products to make a thoughtful gift for any beauty lover.

Life Factory Glass Water Bottle – these glass water bottles are my favorite. They’re durable but not too heavy. I much prefer this to a plastic or stainless steel water bottle. For those looking to go non-toxic, this is a great starter gift!

Good Jones Cookware – colorful, non-toxic cookware! Say goodbye to boring bakeware and liven up the kitchen with these beautiful pieces. Any of their items would make a great gift for the baker in your life.

Gaiatop Handheld Fan – the cutest handheld fan! It fits in your purse or can go around your wrist. It helps me with my POTS when I feel like I’m overheating. This is a great stocking stuffer for anyone who has heat intolerance or sweats easily.

2024 Holiday Guide

Guide to Cooking Gluten and Dairy Free (my e-book) – for only $5 you can access tips and tricks to making your favorite recipes without any gluten or dairy. My e-book offers detailed explanations of substitutes, a few recipes, and a conversion chart to easily reference when baking. The e-book is sent via email, so you can send it directly to the recipient. Feel free to print a copy of the cover so they still have something to unwrap!

GoNana’s Baking Mixes – these banana bread mixes are next level. They are all gluten-free AND vegan. The flavors they offer are so creative and unique. Grab a few for a fellow foodie who likes an easy-to-make sweet treat. Use code livwell10 to save!

The Good Flour Co – these are some of the BEST gluten-free mixes I’ve used. They are certified gluten-free and also top-10 allergen free! They offer flour blends for all occasions – from fried chicken to vanilla cake. This is a great gift for both newly gluten-free folks and experienced cooks looking to try something new. Use code livwellgoodflour25% to save until November 30th!

Modern Bread & Bagel – get a gift card for the gluten hater in your life. This is the ultimate gluten-free bakery that ships across the US. They also have locations in NY and CA. You can choose a gift card for in-person or online shopping.

Ultima Replenisher – their electrolyte packets make great stocking stuffers! They have a lot of fun flavors that make hydration taste delicious. Perfect for athletes, people with POTS, or anyone looking to boost their hydration game. If you sign up for their emails, you will receive a 20% off coupon in your inbox instantly!

Thrive Market Subscription – their online store is the best spot for finding gluten-free groceries and other hard to find products. You need a subscription to shop and access their discounted products. Give a year’s subscription as a gift! When you use this link to sign up, you’ll get 30% off your purchase & a $60 FREE gift!

Happy Holidays Everyone! 🎁

Owner of Liv Well Eat Well

I have been living with a few chronic illnesses since my early 20s. I aim to control my symptoms as naturally as possible, which means a lot of restrictions on what I eat. At first, I only focused on what I could no longer eat, but eventually shifted my mindset to getting creative with the foods I can eat!

I started this page because I want to help others like me who struggle with dietary restrictions and/or chronic illness and still want to enjoy food. Many of my recipes are some mix of gluten free, dairy free, refined-sugar free, grain free, and/or vegan–and I’m always down to help you adapt a recipe to your needs!
